great service but watch out for bugs
The staff were exceptionally helpful, even lending a keyboard when one broke. They also provided umbrellas during a rainstorm without any hassle. The pool view added a relaxing touch to our stay, making it a pleasant escape.
I noticed some small insects around the common areas that might need addressing.

Hoi An's hidden culinary gems shine brightest! I dined at Am Thuc Xeo Hoi An and enjoyed their mouthwatering local dishes. The pool was a perfect retreat with private vibes. Special shoutout to Helen at the front desk—her tips on nearby food spots were spot-on!
I did spot a cheeky rat roaming between the reception area and breakfast room on three days—yikes! Plus, the room was more dated than advertised, with noisy air conditioning and some damp issues. Breakfast options were limited compared to what's shown in photos.

Breaking it down, plain and simple
A delightful stay! The reception staff greeted us with genuine warmth, and our room was clean and spacious with controllable lights by the beds. The complimentary water and coffee were a nice touch. Breakfast offered a range of delicious local and continental choices. The pool was welcoming and clean, a perfect retreat after exploring.

the decor was absolutely outdated, definitley not the boutique vibes they boast about. it would’ve been nice if my room actually had a deadbolt for security, but alas, wishful thinking! also, you'd think for all the hassle, there'd be some special treatment or complimentary gesture, but no. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t!
